Why you would miss Farm to Taco Tuesday, We will never know. We’ve done all matter of bougie tacos this year and the crowd favorites are still anything chicken and the butternut squash.

So, today we bring you Acapulco chicken with scratch red sauce and our pickled red onions, on top of Cuban black beans.

Or butternut squash with kale from our garden, and harissa @vortex.cafe over cuban black beans with pickled red onions and basil truffle aioli.
