We are Jennifer Buckallew and Ted Warner, the faces behind the food at Poutine Your Mouth food truck and the Blue Heron Bistro.

While we've always been passionate about feeding people, (It's totally our love language!) it wasn't until we traveled to Montreal in 2011 that feeding people became our calling.

Determined to find the "best" recipe, we ate poutine 6 times in 24 hours, came home, built a food truck and began traveling from coast to coast, sourcing local ingredients wherever possible and feeding hungry festival goers along the way.

It was glamorous; it was FUN; but after over 150 festivals, we decided to move to Lopez Island to raise our family.

Since 2017, we've expanded our menu to include sandwiches, specialty foods like curry, and so, so much more.

Locally sourcing everything possible, we provide vegan options, gluten free options and cater.
